Life is good when you can leave work at 3:00 and go skate three world class skateparks in the remainder of the day. Such was my day yesterday, come in to work early, bust ass to get your work done and go skate with your friends from out of town. We started at West Linn, which in retrospect maybe should have been the last stop due to the burl factor. Next we shot down the 5 to Donald to try and tame the pool, nobody got wrecked so it was a good session. Finally we rounded out the day at Newberg. Three totaly different parks, three totaly different experiences - all super fun. I've got to say I love Newberg, crap, I love all three of those parks. It is difficult to get the ambition to go farther when you have three perfect parks all under an hour away. Today may be Savier and Dept of Skate and tomorrow is looking like an evening trip to Astoria and Lincoln City. No complaints.
